Welcome to Aspire Alchemy, operated by Positivseeds Ventures LLC ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our digital framework for personal clarity and purpose discovery.

Aspire Alchemy is an early-stage personal clarity framework that provides:

• Structured self-reflection prompts
• AI-generated insights based on your responses (powered by Anthropic's Claude)
• Tools to articulate your vision, mission, and life purpose
• A digital space to explore your values, gifts, and direction

2.2 What This Service Is NOT

Aspire Alchemy is NOT:

• Therapy or counseling - We do not provide mental health treatment
• Medical advice - This is not a substitute for professional medical care
• Legal advice - Do not rely on this for legal decisions
• Financial advice - We provide no investment or financial guidance
• Crisis intervention - If you're in crisis, seek immediate professional help

The Services are provided "as-is" as an experimental tool for self-exploration. Results may vary, and we make no guarantees about outcomes.

3. Eligibility

To use Aspire Alchemy, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Be located in the United States
• Not be experiencing a mental health crisis

4. User Account and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• We are not liable for any loss or damage from unauthorized use of your account
• You may not share your account with others

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Services if you are under 18 years old
• Use the Services as a substitute for professional therapy, medical care, or crisis intervention
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer our framework or AI prompts

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership of the Framework

Positivseeds Ventures LLC owns all rights to:

• The Aspire Alchemy methodology
• AI prompts and insight-generation algorithms
• Software, design, and user interface
• Trademarks, logos, and branding

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of your personal reflections, stories, and responses. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process your content to generate insights
• Use anonymized, aggregated data for research and improvement
• Display your content within your personal account

We will NOT:

• Sell your personal content to third parties
• Publish your identifiable reflections publicly
• Use your content to train commercial AI models without explicit consent

7. AI-Generated Content

Insights generated by our AI (Anthropic's Claude) are:

• Advisory only - Not professional advice
• Not guaranteed to be accurate - AI can make errors or misinterpret input
• Your responsibility - You are responsible for how you use AI-generated insights

8. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Cloudflare: Hosting and security
• Anthropic: AI processing (Claude)

Your use of the Services is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these providers.

9. Fees and Payment

Aspire Alchemy is currently free for research participants. We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future with advance notice.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Positivseeds Ventures LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services

In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (currently $0).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Positivseeds Ventures LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of any third-party rights

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting info@positivseeds.com. We will delete your data within 30 days.

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your account remains inactive for 24+ months
• Required by law

13.3 Data Export

Before termination, you may request an export of your data. We will provide it within 30 days.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

• We will notify you via email and/or in-app notice
• The "Last Updated" date will be revised
• Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California, except:

• Small claims court disputes
• Intellectual property disputes
• Injunctive or equitable relief

15.3 No Class Actions

You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity, not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.

16. General Provisions

• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to do so later
